On July 18th, 2008, Bandai will release the NEW Dragon Ball Trading Card Game!!!   We will be supporting this with Tournaments, including Naruto cross over battles.  That is right, Dragon Ball will be running the same game engine as Naruto Trading Card Game and will have special rules for cross over battles.  If you can combine cards is yet to be seen.  (Sasuke and Vegita do the fusion dance.
